cancellation policy

Client Cancellation Policy:

Local Clients (Within Michigan): Must cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled shoot. If cancelled within this timeframe, clients have the option to apply their fees towards a new shoot scheduled within the next 30 days. Should clients choose not to reschedule, they will receive a 30% refund of the total payment made with the exception of the deposit. All deposits are non refundable. If the client fails to cancel within the expected timeframe and opts out of a future shoot, they forfeit all fees paid.

Clients Outside of Michigan: Must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot. Fees can be applied to a new shoot scheduled within 60 days if cancellation occurs within this period. If rescheduling is not an option for the client, a 30% refund of the total payment will be issued, with the exception of the deposit. All deposits are non refundable. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe and opting out of a future shoot will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Conditions:

For cancellations due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, health emergencies) by either party, we will offer to reschedule the shoot with no penalty or provide a full refund with the exception of the deposit, if rescheduling is not feasible. All deposits are non refundable.
