refund policy
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide a full refund for any inconvenience caused.
If you, as the client, cancel within the 3-day window (local) or 7-day window (non local), before your scheduled shoot, you have the option to apply your fees towards a new shoot scheduled within the next 30 days (local) or 60 days (non local). Should you choose not to reschedule, you will receive a 30% refund of the total payment made with the exception of the deposit. All deposits are non refundable.
Cancellations made outside this timeframe will result in forfeiture of all fees paid - nonrefundable.
